Counseling
Personal and Career Counseling - We have a full-time, certified
counselor on staff to assist our students with any academic, personal,
and career and technical matters they wish to discuss. In addition,
our counselor has various tools available to assess your interest
and aptitudes. One valuable resource is Missouri
Connections, which has a wealth of information on career exploration,
preparing for the workforce, college exploration, financial aid
and much more. From the results of this, he/she will counsel students
on different occupational fields in which they may excel. The
students then can research various careers using PC-based software
or printed materials.
All members
of the administrative staff are available to any student needing
assistance with any problem. It is Pike-Lincoln's goal to assist
each student to realize their fullest potential as a student and
as a productive employee in the community.
